It seems I was mistaken about having everything cleared up with the FCC. Our lawyer says normally it would take 3 weeks or less to have the minor modification accepted, but since we put up a tower, the tower will be need to be registered with the FCC (communications) even though it's already registered with the FAA (aviation). The lawyer says the FCC is doing it's own study on the tower right now. Once that is complete, then there will need to be a public notice put in the newspaper for 30 days - even though we already had public notices in the paper for the City Planning Commission. Once those 30 days are complete then we will receive a tower registration number which could take another 2 or 3 weeks.

I think it would be great to be able to play some Christmas music in December and incorporate it with Santa Land hours in some way, but now I just don't know if things will come together by then.
