Mass of Christian Burial for Nyla Mere Borgmann of Creighton, Nebraska, will be 10:30 a.m. Friday, February 16, 2024, at St. Ludger Catholic Church in Creighton, Nebraska. A rosary will take place prior to the requiem mass at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor James Keiter acting as Celebrant and Father Dan Wittrock and Father Jeremy Hans, acting as Concelebrants. Interment will be at St. Ludger Catholic Cemetery in Creighton. A luncheon will follow at Creighton Community Center.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at St. Ludger Catholic Church, with a 7:30 p.m. Wake Service. Due to the beginning of the penitential season of Lent, the meal requested by Nyla will be served at St. Ludger’s Social Hall following the wake service and all are welcome to attend.

Brockhaus Funeral Home in Creighton is in charge of arrangements. Nyla passed away at her home on Saturday, February 10, 2024, after a nearly yearlong fight against cancer.
