Two programs by Humanities Nebraska will be presented at the Plainview Public Library this coming Sunday, October 2nd.

Nebraska writer Jeff Barnes will give a presentation called “Marking Nebraska” at 1:30.  He will talk about how hidden monuments tell the story of our state.

At 3 pm Jeff Barnes will present “A Bad Man in a Better Place,” Jesse James in Nebraska.  This talk is sponsored by The Plainview Arts Council. 

Both presentations are free to the public.
