Nebraska Strong Recovery Project is hosting an online zoom event for anyone in Knox County or the surrounding communities.  This will be a paint along party where you can tune in from home, follow along with the artist and paint your own masterpiece.  You will also be able to interact with anyone else who is painting along at the same time.  While you are painting, members of the Nebraska Strong team will lead a bingo game, share breathing techniques that help when you are stressed and other simple self-care ideas to help get you through the tough days.   

You can register by emailing kstrong@region4bhs.org. You will get a list of the materials you need for the paint along as well as a link to connect to the zoom party.  You can also email Karen with any questions you have.
