Mass of Christian Burial for Edward Dufek, age 89, of Verdigre, Nebraska will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2018, at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Verdigre. Reverend Kizito Okhuoya and Bishop Joseph Hanefeldt will be Concelebrants, with burial in Riverside Cemetery in Verdigre.

Visitation will be Friday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Brockhaus Funeral Home in Verdigre, with a 7:00 Wake Service.

Edward died Friday, October 26, 2018, at Alpine Village in Verdigre and is the brother of Helen Hanefeldt of Creighton.
