The Area Substance Abuse Prevention (A.S.A.P.) coalition would like to notify and invite community members to our meeting on December 9th, from 1:00 -3:00 pm, at the North Central District Health Department in O’Neill, NE. The mission of A.S.A.P. is to promote substance abuse prevention through action, balance, and choices.
